Product Introduction
This stainless steel rotary dryer with electric heating is a clean and precise continuous drying equipment that integrates an electric heating system and a full stainless steel rotary drum. All parts in direct contact with materials are made of high-quality 304/316L stainless steel, with no heavy metal precipitation, no material residue. The electric heating system features precise temperature control, zero on-site emission and easy operation, fully meeting the strict standards of new energy, fine chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries. It is the core drying equipment to ensure no material pollution, ultra-low moisture and high product qualification rate in modern clean production lines.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed fully enclosed stainless steel multi-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a high-torque heavy-duty transmission system to rotate at a uniform low speed. The high-efficiency electric heating air heater at the air inlet end converts electric energy into clean hot air with adjustable temperature, which is sent into the drum in a closed manner. High-moisture materials to be dried are fed into the inner cylinder through a sealed anti-blocking feeding port, and the built-in wear-resistant anti-sticking stainless steel lifting plates continuously turn and scatter the materials as the drum rotates, making them fully contact with the high-temperature hot air flow. Free moisture in the materials is efficiently and evenly evaporated through the multi-stage precise constant temperature zones, and the dried finished products that meet the industry moisture standards are stably discharged from the special anti-caking discharging end, completing the continuous electric heating drying process. The all-stainless-steel material contact system will not be corroded or abraded by materials, completely avoiding hidden dangers such as material pollution, equipment perforation and heat source instability.
Core Features
This equipment has multiple exclusive advantages of electric heating stainless steel drying. The high-precision electric heating system can achieve stepless temperature regulation from 40℃ to 600℃, the temperature control accuracy is ±1℃, and the thermal efficiency is as high as 98%. The full stainless steel drum has excellent anti-corrosion and anti-wear performance, and the service life is more than 2 times that of ordinary carbon steel electric heating dryers. Equipped with a full set of electric safety protection devices such as over-temperature alarm, leakage protection and phase loss protection, it fully meets the national industrial safety production standards. It can be customized with different daily processing capacities from 1 ton to 500 tons according to the actual material properties and production scale of users.
