Product Introduction
This stainless steel rotary dryer with steam heating is an energy-saving and stable continuous drying equipment that integrates a steam heating system and a full stainless steel rotary drum. All parts in direct contact with materials are made of high-quality 304/316L stainless steel, with no heavy metal precipitation, no material residue. The steam heating system features uniform temperature distribution, low operating cost and stable continuous operation, fully meeting the strict standards of new energy, chemical, food and textile industries. It is the core drying equipment to ensure no material pollution, uniform moisture and long-term stable operation in modern industrial production lines with centralized steam supply.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed fully enclosed stainless steel multi-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a high-torque heavy-duty transmission system to rotate at a uniform low speed. The built-in stainless steel steam heat exchange tubes inside the drum use industrial saturated steam as the heat source, and the heat is evenly transferred to the materials through the heat exchange tubes. High-moisture materials to be dried are fed into the inner cylinder through a sealed anti-blocking feeding port, and the built-in wear-resistant anti-sticking stainless steel lifting plates continuously turn and scatter the materials as the drum rotates, making them fully contact with the high-temperature heat exchange surfaces. Free moisture in the materials is efficiently and evenly evaporated through the multi-stage constant temperature zones, and the dried finished products that meet the industry moisture standards are stably discharged from the special anti-caking discharging end, completing the continuous steam heating drying process. The all-stainless-steel material contact system will not be corroded or abraded by materials, completely avoiding hidden dangers such as material pollution, equipment perforation and uneven heating.
Core Features
This equipment has multiple exclusive advantages of steam heating stainless steel drying. The high-efficiency steam heating system can achieve stepless temperature regulation from 50℃ to 180℃, the temperature control accuracy is ±2℃, and the thermal efficiency is as high as 95%. The full stainless steel drum and heat exchange tubes have excellent anti-corrosion and anti-wear performance, and the service life is more than 2 times that of ordinary carbon steel steam dryers. Equipped with a full set of steam safety protection devices such as pressure relief valve, over-temperature alarm and condensed water recovery system, it fully meets the national industrial safety production and energy conservation standards. It can be customized with different daily processing capacities from 5 tons to 800 tons according to the actual material properties, steam pressure and production scale of users.
