The RDF fuel rotary drum dryer is a specialized drying equipment developed for refuse-derived fuel (RDF). It is designed for dehydration treatment of RDF materials derived from municipal solid waste, industrial solid waste, compressed fuel blocks, and crushed mixed fuel materials.
The equipment is specially designed to handle the characteristics of RDF materials, such as loose structure, high impurity content, high moisture content, and unstable moisture levels. It adopts a low-temperature drying process to prevent carbonization, enabling rapid moisture removal without damaging the fuel calorific value.
The dryer improves RDF fuel combustion efficiency and storage life, and is widely used in solid waste fuel processing, waste resource utilization, biomass fuel production, and other industries.
1. Specialized loose-material lifting design
Designed for loose and mixed RDF materials, preventing material accumulation and clumping while ensuring thorough drying without dead zones.
2. Low-temperature constant-temperature drying mode
Effectively prevents RDF fuel carbonization and calorific value loss, preserving the energy content of the fuel to the greatest extent.
3. Excellent material adaptability
Capable of processing solid waste-derived fuels with uneven moisture content and complex compositions, providing high production flexibility and fault tolerance.
4. High-efficiency low-resistance heat exchange system
Provides fast drying speed and low energy consumption, significantly improving RDF fuel mass production efficiency.
5. Sealed dust removal and odor control design
Effectively handles dust and odors generated during fuel drying, ensuring environmentally compliant production.
6. Wear-resistant and anti-winding structure
Prevents fiber-based RDF materials from winding around the equipment and causing blockages, ensuring stable operation and convenient maintenance.
The inclined drying drum rotates smoothly at a low speed. Wet RDF fuel materials are evenly fed into the drum and continuously dispersed, turned, and scattered by the specially designed lifting structure, forming a uniform and loose material layer.
Low-temperature clean hot air fully contacts the materials, gently evaporating moisture from both the surface and interior while preventing fuel carbonization and quality deterioration.
The materials gradually move forward under the combined effects of drum rotation and gravity, completing uniform dehydration.
The dried RDF fuel with qualified moisture content and stable calorific value is continuously discharged. Exhaust gas is purified and deodorized through the treatment system before being discharged according to environmental standards.
