The chemical industry rotary drum dryer is specially designed for drying chemical materials, including chemical powders, crystals, filter cakes, and chemical waste residues.
According to the characteristics of chemical materials, such as easy deterioration and slight corrosiveness, the dryer adopts a low-temperature controllable drying process to achieve uniform dehydration without changing the physical and chemical properties of the materials.
The equipment supports various heat sources and is widely used in fine chemical production, inorganic salt processing, chemical waste residue treatment, and other applications. It meets the requirements of clean and efficient industrial production.
1. Anti-corrosion design of the complete machine
Suitable for slightly corrosive chemical materials, providing excellent rust resistance, durability, and a longer equipment service life.
2. Precise constant-temperature control
The drying temperature can be adjusted according to production requirements, effectively preventing material carbonization, deterioration, and decomposition.
3. Optimized lifting and material dispersion structure
Ensures uniform material movement and sufficient heat exchange, eliminating uneven drying and drying dead zones.
4. Fully sealed drying structure
Isolates external impurities, prevents material contamination, and ensures the purity of finished products.
5. High-efficiency hot air circulation system
Provides high thermal utilization efficiency, saves energy, reduces consumption, and lowers large-scale production costs.
6. Exhaust gas and dust purification system
Equipped with dust collection and purification devices to recover fine materials, purify exhaust gas, meet environmental standards, and achieve clean production.
The inclined drum rotates smoothly at a low speed. After entering the drum, wet chemical materials are continuously turned and loosened, forming a uniform material layer.
Constant-temperature hot air fully contacts the materials through convection heat exchange, gently evaporating moisture while protecting the material properties throughout the drying process.
The materials gradually move toward the discharge end under the combined effects of gravity and drum rotation, completing uniform dehydration.
Qualified dried materials are continuously discharged, while exhaust gas is purified through the treatment system before being discharged according to environmental protection requirements.
