1.Product Introduction Gold Separation Equipment
The Heavy-Duty Gold Wash Plant Trommel is a high-capacity industrial solution engineered for the most rigorous mineral recovery environments. Unlike lighter portable versions, these units are built with thick-walled steel drums and reinforced chassis to process massive volumes of abrasive "run-of-mine" (ROM) material. They are designed to operate 24/7, providing the mechanical force necessary to liberate gold from heavily compacted or "cemented" gravels and dense sticky clays. 3.Working Principle Gold Separation Equipment
Aggressive Attrition Scrubbing: The first section of the drum is typically "blind" (unperforated). Internal high-profile lifter bars and heavy-duty chains tumble the ore violently under high-pressure water, creating a "rock-on-rock" scrubbing effect that dissolves the toughest clay matrices.
Multi-Stage Classification: As the slurry moves forward, it enters the screen sections. These are often modular, allowing for multiple output sizes (e.g., 5mm, 12mm, and 25mm) to be separated simultaneously for different recovery tools.
Continuous Tailings Discharge: Large barren boulders are moved through the drum by internal spirals and ejected onto a heavy-duty tailings conveyor for disposal.
