Working principle :
1. First, put the material to be fermented into the fermentation tank from the feeding port through the belt conveyor. Then, the spiral blade carried on the stirring shaft is turned over with the material, so that the material is fully contacted with the air, and the aerobic fermentation stage begins.
2. Secondly, use the electric heating rod heating system at the bottom of the pot controlled by the electric cabinet to heat the heat-conducting oil in the interlayer of the pot. And the temperature of the pot is regulated by the temperature of the pot, which is regulated by the temperature sensor, which heats up to achieve the best fermentation conditions. After the fermentation of the material is completed, the material is discharged through the outlet for the next step.
