Principle of ultrasonic tube hose filling and sealing machine

‌High-frequency energy conversion and transmission‌

The equipment converts electrical energy into high-frequency (usually 20kHz) mechanical vibration energy through an ultrasonic generator, and transmits it to the sealing mold by a transducer to form periodic high-frequency vibration

‌Molecular friction fusion‌

Ultrasonic vibration acts on the sealing of the hose, causing the plastic molecules to rub violently to produce instantaneous high temperature (about 200-300℃), causing the material to melt and bond. This process does not require glue or heat source assistance, and the heat is only concentrated on the contact surface to avoid damage to heat-sensitive substances in the tube

‌Integrated molding and embossing‌

The fusion process simultaneously completes embossing or coding operations, and customized textures or logos can be formed at the sealing, which has both sealing and aesthetics
