Product highlights:

The long arm plate thickness measuring instrument is equipped with a computer to automatically record and store the measurement data. Using SPC software, it can carry out all-round process control data analysis of the measurement data.

Scope of use:

Astro-cb11 type long arm board thickness measuring instrument is mainly used for copper clad laminate and multilayer laminate thickness measurement, used for precision measurement of copper clad laminate, printed circuit board and other board thickness.

Product description:
  1. Using original dial gauge, measuring accuracy of 0.001 mm, can be zeroed in any spindle position by zero/absolute origin button, can also return to the absolute origin position and display the distance.
  2. Deep Throat, large plate can be measured in the middle of the thickness.
  3. Go/± Ng can be judged by setting upper and lower tolerances, and the result can be displayed according to the original size.
  4. Positive/negative counting can be performed by adjusting the spindle up/down movement.
  5. No limit to the corresponding speed effectively avoid speeding error.
  6. The measurement data can be output to the external data processor through the SPC cable option, and imported into the PC for data processing. It is clear and intuitive; it can easily realize various data management and control.
  7. Ability to switch between MM/inch metric and inch units.
  8. Measurement data is displayed on LCD screen and computer display screen.
  9. The tabletop is granite, beautiful and high-grade, and the surface is wear-resistant.
  10. Stable and reliable performance, simple operation, easy to use.
  11. In order to ensure accurate reading, the machine is operated by foot switch, so that the operator's hands can hold the material under test into a fast and safe contact test.
