2, performance characteristics:
    This machine is a mechanical inlaying machine. It rotates the handwheel outside the machine body, and drives the screw in the machine body through a pair of bevel gears to make the lower die for pressing the sample move up and down in the rigid die sleeve, the thermogenic plastic together with the sample of the inlaid sample is formed under heating conditions. The forming pressure in the sample preparation process is automatically compensated by the spring fixed in the collective, and the sample pressing pressure can be indicated by the signal lamp.
      The inlaying machine is equipped with digital display temperature controller, so as to realize real-time temperature display and temperature self-setting, and the timer is configured, so as to realize the semi-automation of sample preparation and greatly improve the work efficiency. The sample preparation time for each inlay is 8-10 minutes, and the ideal sample with smooth mirror can be obtained.
