The VSD-K6 series electromagnetic guard locking safety interlock switch is a high-performance safety device engineered to ISO 14119, designed for movable safety guards on hazardous industrial machinery. Equipped with 6 independent slow-action contacts, it provides separate feedback signals for door status and lock status, making it ideal for high-level safety systems up to PL e / Category 4. Two working modes are selectable: mechanical lock with electromagnetic release, or electromagnetic lock with mechanical emergency release. With rotatable head, configurable manual release position and robust 1300N holding force, VSD-K6 serves as a drop-in alternative to mainstream European safety interlock brands including Euchner, Pilz and Schmersal.
