The cabinet is manufactured using integrated die‑casting of magnesium or aluminum alloy, combined with high‑precision CNC machining to achieve diagonal and planar accuracy to within 0.1 mm. Magnesium alloy offers high strength and low weight – over 20% lighter than traditional steel cabinets, with tensile strength exceeding 300 MPa and yield strength of 240 MPa, ensuring no deformation over long‑term use.
The 960×960 mm cabinet is only 87–125 mm thick (including modules) and weighs as little as 25–28 kg per cabinet.
