LED module light surface anti-scratch technology: The innovative raised dot mask design prevents scratches on the light surface; the mask screw and locking point combination technology ensures that the mask fits tightly to the PCB, effectively enhancing the protection of the light board against impacts.

2. Quick Installation. The spring-loaded latch design allows for true single-person installation. Simply flick the latch to pop it out, then lock it in place by rotating the latch up and down. Flick the latch again for a second locking mechanism.

3.The cabinet platform is modular. Modules are not differentiated by top, bottom, left, or right; they are installed directly. Different indoor and outdoor modules can be reused, and modules with different spacing can also be reused.

8.Current sharing backup power supply: The first-ever current sharing backup ensures that the screen never goes black during the event; it can quickly solve power problems without disassembling or replacing the power box; when the power supply or power cord fails, the power can be supplied through a specially designed current sharing port from an adjacent cabinet, so that the cabinet that fails can continue to work.
9. Capable of 90° right-angle splicing, cube splicing, and curved splicing; quick installation; single cabinet supports ±60° adjustment; quick-lock design for easy and fast installation; angle lock with scale indicators for clear and easy angle readings.
Our innovative bump-pattern mask design features raised bumpers on the surface of the mask, which effectively prevents scratches and abrasion to the LED lamp surface during handling, installation, and transportation. Additionally, the mask is securely fastened using a screw + snap-fit combination, ensuring tight contact with the PCB and providing enhanced protection against impact and physical stress on the module. This dual-protection system significantly reduces the risk of LED damage in rental and touring applications.
Our spring-loaded snap-lock design enables true single-person installation. The operator simply pulls the snap-lock to release, rotates the upper and lower locks to engage, and then pushes the snap-lock back to complete the secondary safety lock. The entire process takes just seconds – no tools, no extra manpower, no complicated training.
The platform cabinet design means the module mounting structure is completely non-directional – modules can be installed without regard to top/bottom or left/right orientation. More importantly, the same cabinet can be reused with different pixel pitches (P2.6, P2.9, P3.9, P4.8, etc.) and can be used for both indoor and outdoor modules. This dramatically reduces inventory costs and increases flexibility – you only need one cabinet platform to support multiple projects.

The power supply and HUB board are integrated into a unified rear cover assembly that can be removed as a single unit. Aviation plug configuration – The aviation plug cable diameter is ≥10cm, with the signal connector positioned further from the bottom edge for faster and easier plugging/unplugging during setup.
Bottom signal cable configuration – Signal cables are routed directly between cabinets at the bottom. This eliminates the need for signal aviation plugs, reducing signal conversion points, improving stability, and significantly saving costs for clients who do not require aviation connectors.
