Stable and reliable, unfazed by 24/7 challenges: Full flip-chip + integrated packaging: The LED chip is directly die-bonded onto the PCB substrate and then completely covered with encapsulating adhesive. This eliminates the surface mount technology and brackets of traditional SMD, resulting in a simpler and more robust structure.
 
High level of physical protection: No exposed LED leads on the surface, providing nine layers of protection including anti-glare, anti-drop, anti-collision, anti-scratch, anti-splash, anti-fingerprint, anti-oxidation, anti-static, and dustproof protection, significantly reducing dead LEDs and faulty pixels caused by physical damage or environmental factors.
