Key features
Cabinet dimensions: 640×640mm. Wider and more practical than the standard 640×480mm. The 160mm increase in width results in a larger projected area per cabinet. This means two things in practical projects: fewer cabinets are needed for the same screen area; and the same number of cabinets can be used to create a larger screen.
The aspect ratio is more reasonable. 640×640 is a 1:1 square, which is more flexible than the 4:3 ratio of 640×480. Whether creating a square screen or splicing together to form a standard 16:9 ratio, it reduces the hassle of "fitting together the right size."
Made of die-cast aluminum, this cabinet is a single piece molded unit. It's not pieced together; it's pressed from a single mold. This results in high rigidity, minimal deformation, and prevents corner sagging or warping even during prolonged hanging.
It has excellent thermal conductivity. Aluminum's heat dissipation is superior to iron or plastic, allowing heat from the modules and power supply to dissipate more quickly. The internal temperature is 3-5°C lower than with iron cabinets—a tangible benefit for LED light decay and lifespan.
It doesn't rust. While indoor environments aren't as harsh as outdoor ones, factors like humid weather in southern regions, condensation from conference room air conditioners, and residue from stage fog machines can cause iron cabinets to rust at the edges after just two years, a problem that aluminum cabinets don't have.
Module Compatibility
One cabinet supports five pixel pitches: P1.25, P1.53, P1.86, P2, and P2.5.
This means you don't need to prepare different cabinet structures for different pixel pitches. Inventory management is much simpler; if project requirements change mid-project (from P2.5 to P1.86), only the module needs to be replaced, not the cabinet.
Structural Design
Standard Module Layout: Utilizing 320×160mm standard modules, four modules (2 wide × 2 high) are installed in each 640×640 cabinet. The modules are highly versatile, supplied by most manufacturers on the market, ensuring unrestricted future repairs and parts replacement.
Quick-Lock Structure: Quick-locks are installed on all four sides of the cabinet, requiring no tools during assembly; simply tighten and loosen. Installation efficiency is significantly higher than cabinets secured with screws—a skilled worker can easily assemble over a hundred cabinets a day.
Positioning Pin Assistance: Each cabinet is equipped with positioning pins. During assembly, the positioning pins are used to "find the position" before locking the quick-locks. This results in a highly flat screen with no edge misalignment.
