Product Overview
The ET-Series 7U 36kW Integrated DC Rack Power System is a high-density, carrier-class power platform engineered to deliver uninterrupted DC power for telecommunications central offices, mid-to-large data centers, and industrial facilities. Operating from a three-phase 380V AC input (with no internal circuit breaker), it supplies a precisely regulated DC output adjustable between –43V and –58V, typically set at –53.5V. With a maximum output of 36kW, the unit achieves conversion efficiencies exceeding 96% across most of its operating range, significantly reducing energy consumption and the associated costs of cooling.
Designed with a focus on maximum uptime and simplified maintenance, this system features a true modular architecture supporting up to twelve 3000W rectifier modules, allowing for N+1 or greater redundancy. Each hot-swappable module, weighing under 2kg, utilizes forced-air cooling and integrates active power factor correction (≥0.99) alongside low total harmonic distortion (THDi ≤5%) to ensure grid compliance and a stable DC output. The entire assembly fits within a 7U (19-inch) rack-mountable chassis. Its IP20-rated enclosure ensures protection against accidental contact, while front-access hot-swap capabilities streamline service. Rear copper busbars provide a robust, low-impedance path for high-current connections.
Strategic power management is achieved through an integrated DC distribution panel equipped with 4*LLVD and BLVD functions. This configuration allows for prioritized load shedding, which helps preserve battery reserves and extend backup times during power failures. Centralized control is handled by an advanced system controller, which offers comprehensive monitoring and programmable logic through its suite of 3 AI, 8 DI, 4 E-DI, 8 DO, and 8 E-DO ports. For remote oversight, the system supports RS232, RS485, and SNMP interfaces, giving operators complete command over alarms, performance data, and rectifier status. On-site personnel can also access real-time information and adjust settings effortlessly via the intuitive front-panel LCD display.
Engineered to withstand harsh environments, the rectifier modules deliver dependable performance across an extreme ambient temperature range of –40°C to +65°C and relative humidity from 5% to 95% (non-condensing). Furthermore, it provides full-rated power without derating at elevations up to 3000 meters. By combining flexible scalability, intelligent load management, and durable construction, the ET-Series rectifier offers a future-ready DC power foundation for mission-critical applications where any system downtime can result in severe operational and financial repercussions.
