ET48150-M5I32 DC rack power system provides a high-capacity, resilient DC power solution designed specifically for telecommunications infrastructure, data center operations, and industrial applications requiring dependable DC power distribution. It accepts 220VAC single-phase input and delivers a stable DC output adjustable between –43VDC to –58VDC, with a nominal operating point of –53.5VDC. Offering a maximum output capacity of 9kW, this system reliably supports high-demand installations while achieving power conversion efficiency exceeding 96%.

The AC input accepts single-phase 220VAC via a 16A/2P breaker, supporting a wide frequency range of 45–66Hz for global compatibility. On the DC side, the system provides an adjustable output of -43V to -58VDC (nominal -53.5VDC) with a maximum capacity of 5.22kW, achieved by three 1.74kW rectifier modules in an N+1 redundant configuration. Battery protection is provided by two 100A/1PN breakers, supporting dual independent battery strings. Load distribution includes BLVD-only circuits with four outputs ranging from 10A to 32A, ensuring all connected loads are treated as critical with no automatic shedding.

The system is powered by the MC2900, the latest generation DC power controller developed by ESTEL. Built on an ARM Cortex-A8 CPU with 256MB flash and 512MB SRAM, the MC2900 runs on a Linux operating system, offering a robust, user-friendly, and intuitive interface. The controller provides powerful management functions for a wide range of power equipment, including rectifiers, solar modules, wind modules, DC/DC modules, HVDC modules, diesel generators, VRLA batteries, and lithium-ion batteries. With 3 ambient temperature inputs, 8 digital inputs, 8 dry contact alarm outputs, and RS232/485 plus SNMP communication, the MC2900 delivers comprehensive monitoring and control. An LCD provides local status and configuration.
