This is a turnkey outdoor power shelter designed to house an entire telecom power system. The unit comes with a pre-wired electrical core including a power distribution unit (PDU) with AC SPDs, DC breakers (BLVD/LLVD), rectifier slots, and dedicated battery compartments. It serves as a fully integrated power and equipment enclosure, minimizing on-site installation time and providing immediate backup power for critical infrastructure.
Purpose-built for greenfield macro base stations, communication hubs, railway signaling centers, and edge computing sites where integrated AC/DC power management, battery backup, and high-density 40U equipment mounting are required.

Turnkey Power Integration: Pre-installed AC/DC distribution unit with lightning protection (SPD), simplifying wiring and reducing labor costs on-site.
Flexible Battery Layout: Reinforced bottom platforms allow for secure placement of large 48V battery banks, ensuring continuous power during grid outages.
Cable Management: the cable entry glands at the base, with designated routing channels and red/black power cables pre-laid for rectifiers and batteries.
Modular Growth: 40U of space provides ample room to add additional rectifiers and servers as network requirements expand.
Security: Embedded door design with inner hinges and a three-point locking mechanism, supporting additional padlocks.
Electrical Integration: Connect the incoming AC grid to the main AC input breaker on the PDU. Then, wire the DC output from the rectifiers to the LLVD/BLVD breakers to distribute power to telecom loads and backup batteries.
Battery Installation: Place the battery modules onto the designated bottom platforms. Connect the battery cables to the BAT breaker on the PDU, ensuring strict polarity adherence.
Equipment Mounting: Mount 19-inch telecom devices into the 40U rack rails. Use the side cable lacing bars to secure and route signal cables, preventing interference with airflow.
Commissioning: With the door open, verify the LED light illuminates, check the temperature/humidity sensor readings, and confirm the air conditioner and fans activate automatically within the set thermostat range.
Maintenance: Periodically inspect the air inlet filter at the bottom of the door. Clean or replace it when clogged to maintain efficient thermal performance and protect internal electronics from dust.
