Our DX53D Deep Drawing Hot-Dip Galvanized Steel is premium-grade steel specifically engineered for the most demanding multi-stage stamping and extra-deep drawing applications in the home appliance industry. Featuring an ultra-low carbon steel base with exceptional ductility and an evenly bonded zinc coating, DX53D can withstand complex mechanical deformation, bending, and deep stretching without any micro-cracking of the steel substrate or flaking of the zinc layer.
