Travelling Bridge Crane Information
HD single girder overhead travelling cranes are designed and manufactured according to DIN, FEM, ISO standards and global advanced technology, takes optimized and reliable modular design, features maximum rigidity for a minimum dead weight. This keeps the load on the crane runway to a minimum and a cost-effective design can be selected for the building. The HD series single girder bridge crane equipped with our core technology ND or NR type series electric wire rope hoists, hoisting capacity up to 20 ton, crane span up to 35 m. Standard work duty M5.

Modular and Compact Design
The main beam employs bias-rail box type structure and connects with end beam by high-strength bolt ensuring easy transportation.
Trolley of crane uses open compact winching structure, of which with medium and small tonnage also can use new hoist trolley.
Traveling mechanisms of crane and trolley adopt Europe three-in-one drive form, the harden gear face reducer had good performances in compact structure, low noise, no oil-leakage and long service life.
As using new compact trolley and high-strength material, it has small overall dimension and light weight, compared with traditional crane, which can decrease the height of factory building and reduce the cost.
Modular design has short design period and high generalization, which can improve the utilization of components.
With compact structure, low clearance, small dimension and large application scope, it can improve production efficiency.
Fall variable-frequency control runs steadily without any impaction. Run with heavy load at low speed and light load at high speed, it can save energy and reduce consumption.
