Rubber Tyre Gantry Crane Description
RTG Tyre Crane is composed of gantry, lifting trolley, crane travelling mechanism, cab and electric control system. The gantry is of boxed-shape structure, the girder is bias track double girder and the leg is Type U.

This machine adopts U type gantry, its legs headroom large (nearly 7 meters). It is suitable for heavy bulky cargo and container handling operations, with frequent high-level work, A5 ~ A8. The weight of 5 to 500 tons, the span of 18 to 35 meters, the girder can be designed have cantilever and no cantilever, the end of two main beam connected with end beams to meet the high level requirements.

Steel shot blasting pretreatment, the surface quality reaches Sa 2.5 grade.
Crane wheel and wheel shaft through the high frequency quenching and tempering treatment, it eliminates the internal stress and ensures the machining accuracy. the use of welding robot, the main girder inseam weld by advanced MAG welding. The main girder welding adopts radiographic testing and ultrasonic testing to ensure the welding quality.
High Reliability
