Product presentation
1.Design and manufacture according to GB/T 14406 "General gantry crane".
2.Mainly made up of crane girder, hoist, crane traveling mechanism and electric system.
3.Crane conductors are either rigid shapes of steel or flexible insulated cable.
4.Gantry crane is suitable for shipping yard, constructional engineering and those workshops without columns.
5.Also can equipped with many lifting device for special work.
6.Gantry crane is prohibited for lifting high temperature solution, flammable, explosive, corrosion, overloading, dust and other dangerous operations.
Main part of the gantry crane
1.Single beam, welded box beams, the camber line is according to national standards. Adopts high quality carbon steel, Q235B or Q345B.
The end truck are connected by 10.9 high strength bolts. The crane traveling mechanism is driven separately.
2.Electric System,Module control speed, micro-speed and double speed. Traveling and lifting smoothly.
The power for trolley moving adopts flat cable, sliding smoothly.
