Brushed Oxford (also called sanded finish or 磨纱 in Chinese manufacturing) is a fabric that has been mechanically abraded on the surface to raise fine fibers, creating a soft, matte, slightly suede-like texture.
This process gives the fabric a more premium tactile and visual quality compared to standard shiny Oxford.
2. Does brushing affect the waterproof performance?
The PU waterproof coating is applied after the brushing process, so water resistance is maintained. The matte surface finish does not compromise the coating's effectiveness.
