This 1000D rPET Oxford fabric is the heaviest-weight option in our recycled polyester range, constructed from high-denier recycled PET yarn at 310 g/m² with a 0.57 mm profile. It delivers maximum abrasion resistance and structural rigidity, making it the preferred choice for tool bags, heavy-duty backpacks, luggage shells, and outdoor equipment covers.
PU waterproof coating ensures reliable protection against moisture. A high-performance sustainable alternative to virgin 1000D Oxford. Available in 147 cm width. Factory GRS certification and RPET documentation available on request.
FAQ
1000D fabric uses thicker yarn, resulting in higher abrasion resistance, greater structural rigidity, and a heavier weight profile (310 g/m² vs approx. 220 g/m² for 600D). It is preferred for applications where durability under heavy loads or rough handling is the priority, such as tool bags, tactical bags, and heavy luggage.
2. Is 1000D rPET Oxford waterproof?
Yes. PU waterproof coating is applied. The coating provides reliable water resistance for outdoor and travel use. Please contact us for hydrostatic pressure test data.
3. What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ is 1 roll per SKU (approximately 50–100 yards). Cut pieces in smaller quantities are available at different pricing.
