The AGS10 is a MEMS TVOC sensor with digital signal output. It is equipped with a dedicated digital module acquisition technology and gas - sensing technology, which ensures the product has extremely high reliability and excellent long - term stability. Application Fields:
It is mainly suitable for detecting various volatile organic compounds (VOCs), such as ethanol, ammonia, sulfides, benzene - series vapors, and other harmful gases. It can be applied to air purifiers, household appliances, fresh - air systems, and other equipment.
Working Principle:
The sensor adopts advanced MEMS technology to fabricate a micro - hotplate on a silicon - based substrate. The gas - sensitive material used is a metal oxide semiconductor material with low electrical conductivity in clean air. When the sensor works in an air environment, the electrical conductivity of the gas - sensitive material changes with the concentration of the detected gas in the air. The higher the concentration of the detected gas, the higher the electrical conductivity of the gas - sensitive material. Based on this principle, a dedicated integrated circuit is used to convert the change in electrical conductivity into an output signal corresponding to the gas concentration.
