I. Basic Introduction
MCXL-MPCB1 is the original factory replacement main circuit board assembly for the GasAlertMicroClip-XL (MCXL) four-in-one portable gas detector. The original factory accessory kit includes the mainboard, built-in lithium battery, and a complete set of fixing screws. It is available in a battery-equipped version and a standalone mainboard version without battery.
II. Hardware Core Parameters
Adapter: MicroClip-XL four-in-one detector (model MCXL-XWHM-Y-CN)
Sensor slots: 4 independent sensor bases, capable of accommodating O2, CO, H2S, and LEL combustible gas probes
Main control chip: Industrial-grade MCU, responsible for collecting weak current signals from electrochemical and catalytic combustion sensors, signal amplification, AD conversion, and concentration calculation
Power supply module: Equipped with the original built-in lithium battery; the entire device can operate for 18 hours when fully charged, and the charging time is ≤ 6 hours
External interfaces: Display cable interface, buzzer, vibration alarm component, infrared calibration communication interface, charging seat contacts

1. Maintenance spare parts purpose
As a core replacement component for the MicroClip-XL four-in-one detector, when the mainboard is burned out, the circuit is faulty, the signal is abnormal, the calibration is impossible, or the detector fails to start, it can be directly replaced as a whole without separately repairing individual components, making the maintenance convenient.
2. Signal acquisition main control function
Receiving weak electrical signals from 4 gas sensors, processing the real-time concentrations of hydrogen sulfide, carbon monoxide, oxygen, and catalytic combustion combustible gas probes, serving as the brain of the entire device.
