I. Basic Principles

This device adopts the ZrO₂ limit current principle. After high-temperature heating, oxygen ions migrate in the electrolyte, and the saturation limit current is linearly proportional to the oxygen concentration. It is specifically designed for high-concentration oxygen-rich environments, not a sulfur dioxide sensor.

II. Core Electrical and Performance Parameters

Measurement range: 1% - 96 vol.% O₂ (covering the range from air to pure oxygen)

Output signal: Limit microcurrent. In air (20.9% O₂), the output is 15 - 30 μA; at full scale, 96% O₂, the maximum is 420 μA

Accuracy: ±1.0% O₂; repeatability < 0.2% O₂

Linearity: Approximately linear over the full range, with minimal temperature drift

Cross-sensitivity: Low. Inert gases such as nitrogen and argon have almost no interference
