III. Working Principle
Tri-electrode Electrochemical Fuel Cell, Nitric Oxide gas diffuses into the sensor electrolyte, an oxidation reaction occurs at the working electrode, generating a weak current proportional to the gas concentration, and the rear-end circuit converts the microcurrent into a concentration signal.
