Product Purpose:
The SMX100 is a new-generation miniature industrial intelligent gas sensor . Adopting optimized flat structural design and mature chip sensing technology, it supports detection of multiple gases including carbon monoxide, hydrogen sulfide, oxygen and methane. With built-in intelligent compensation algorithm, self-diagnosis function and factory pre-calibration, it features digital output and multi-mode working switching. It is widely applied in industrial portable gas detectors, wearable safety terminals, metallurgy and petrochemical monitoring, coal mine safety detection, urban pipe gallery, park warehousing, low-altitude aircraft and humanoid robot gas safety monitoring scenarios, providing accurate, stable and low-power gas concentration detection data for industrial safety early warning and intelligent monitoring systems.

Intelligent Algorithm Compensation: Built-in professional temperature and humidity compensation algorithm, which automatically corrects detection data under variable temperature and humidity environments, ensuring stable and accurate output in complex industrial working conditions.
Real-Time Fault Self-Diagnosis: Supports intelligent self-diagnosis function. It can actively identify sensor faults and abnormal disconnection, and output fault flag bits through serial port, greatly improving system operation reliability and later maintenance efficiency.
Multi-Working Modes & Low Power Consumption: Supports freely switchable sleep mode and normal working mode via chip selection pin. Ultra-low operating current effectively reduces overall system power consumption, suitable for battery-powered long-term standby equipment.
