Product Purpose:
The MH-Z1341B is a compact low-power NDIR combustible gas sensor . Adopting mature non-dispersive infrared absorption principle and precision optical path & circuit design, the sensor features excellent gas selectivity and oxygen-independent detection performance. It is specially designed for high-stability combustible gas concentration monitoring, mainly applied in residential household gas leakage alarms, HVAC equipment and civilian indoor gas safety detection scenarios. It can realize real-time, accurate and continuous detection of methane and other combustible gases, providing reliable data support for gas leakage early warning and safety linkage control.
Product Core Features:
Ultra-Low Power Consumption: Optimized infrared driving and working mechanism, with an average operating current lower than 50μA (clean air, 3.3V power supply) and extremely low power consumption, perfectly suitable for battery-powered portable and long-term standby equipment.
NDIR Principle & Anti-Poisoning: Adopts physical infrared detection technology, free from sensor poisoning caused by silicone, hydrogen sulfide and other substances. It effectively avoids performance attenuation and data drift, ensuring long-term stable operation.
Excellent Detection Performance: Built-in high-precision temperature and humidity compensation algorithm, with outstanding output linearity and stable detection accuracy. It delivers consistent and reliable measurement results in complex temperature and humidity environments.
Strong Environmental Adaptability: The air chamber adopts composite electroplated film treatment, featuring waterproof, anti-corrosion and anti-water vapor interference capabilities. It can resist interference from acetic acid, ethanol and other common indoor gases, adapting to complex household indoor environments.
Oxygen-Independent Detection: Normal detection without relying on ambient oxygen content, solving the detection failure problem of traditional catalytic sensors in oxygen-deficient environments, with wider application scenarios.
Standard Digital Output & Easy Integration: Equipped with standard TTL UART serial port output, with simple and universal communication protocol. It is compatible with most mainstream single-chip microcomputers and intelligent control systems, facilitating rapid secondary development and equipment integration.
