AGP3 series is a digital pyrani vacuum gauge based on the MEMS resistance thermal conductivity principle. The core models are AGP3000/3100/3200, covering an absolute pressure range of 0.05 Pa to 120 kPa, suitable for medium and low vacuum scenarios. It features a color screen for direct reading, multiple outputs, and Modbus communication, and can replace traditional vacuum gauges. It is suitable for industrial process monitoring and equipment integration.

Based on the gas thermal conduction effect: The sensor is equipped with a MEMS heating resistor and a Wheatstone bridge. When the air pressure changes, the gas thermal conductivity changes, causing the resistance temperature and the bridge balance to change. Through the circuit, this is converted into a pressure signal, achieving digital display and output.
