II. Working Principle

CO₂ Detection (Photoacoustic NDIR): Infrared light source emits 4.26μm pulse → CO₂ molecules absorb → generate pressure wave (sound wave) → microphone detection → concentration conversion; strong anti-interference, long lifespan, no consumables required.

Humidity and Temperature Detection (SHT4x): CMOSens® chip, capacitive humidity + bandgap temperature, used for on-chip compensation of CO₂ signal, and outputs independent temperature and humidity data Sensirion.
