Features:
FS5001 small flow gas mass flow sensor is specially designed for the measurement and process control of various small flow gases. This series of sensors are manufactured using the company's own microelectromechanical system (MEMS) flow sensing chip, suitable for all kinds of clean and dry gases. * packaging technology enables it to measure different ranges of flow under the same pipe diameter, low cost, easy installation, no need for temperature and pressure compensation, can replace the volumetric or differential pressure of the traditional flow sensor and equipped with a variety of signal output, through the communication interface can achieve flexible configuration of the sensor and parameter query.
