Working Principle:
It works based on the principle of pressure difference. When the patient exhales, the exhalation valve senses the exhalation airflow and controls the opening and closing of the valve according to the pressure difference of the airflow. When the pressure difference of the airflow reaches a certain level, the exhalation valve automatically opens to discharge the gas from the ventilator. When the patient inhales, the exhalation valve senses the decrease in the pressure difference of the airflow and controls the closing of the valve according to the change in the pressure difference.

It is usually made of plastic, which has certain corrosion resistance and biocompatibility to meet the needs of the medical environment and patient use.
