Overview:
The DS4-ETO is an intelligent digital ethylene oxide (ETO) sensor developed by EC Sense (Germany) based on printed solid polymer electrochemical sensor technology, belonging to industrial-grade products. It features a compact structure design, equipped with a high-performance microprocessor, high-precision analog-to-digital converter, and intelligent algorithms, enabling easy integration into IoT and other monitoring systems. It is widely used in industrial, commercial, civil, and medical fields.
Working Principle:
Based on the principle of electrochemical catalytic reaction, the sensor consists of three catalytic electrodes, solid-state electrolyte, and gas diffusion pores. ETO gas reaches the working electrode through the diffusion pores, where electrochemical oxidation or reduction reactions occur on the porous micro-surface of the electrode. The solid-state electrolyte conducts electron transfer, outputting a current signal proportional to the gas concentration, thus achieving measurement of ETO concentration.
