The SM7000/SM6000/SM5000 are low-pressure MEMS sensors that offer advanced pressure sensor technology and CMOS mixed-signal processing technology to generate fully regulated analog and/or digital outputs, as well as multi-stage pressure and temperature compensation. This series offers JEDEC standard SOIC-16 packages with vertical or horizontal port options. It has gauge, differential and asymmetric differential configurations. Through the dual ports, reference measurements can be made to minimize errors caused by changes in environmental pressure.
Combining the pressure sensor with the signal regulation ASIC in a single package simplifies the use of advanced silicon micromechanical pressure sensors. The pressure sensor can be directly installed on a digital interface that can obtain standard printed circuit boards and high-level, calibrated pressure signals. This eliminates the need for additional circuits, such as compensation networks or microcontrollers that incorporate custom correction algorithms.
The pressure range and power supply voltage specified by the customer can be provided.
