Hall Effect Sensor SS441A for Position Detection Speed Monitoring
Features:
The SS441A is a small - sized and versatile digital hall - effect device, which can be operated by the magnetic field of a permanent magnet or an electromagnet. It is designed to respond to alternating north and south poles or only to the south pole.
Band - gap regulation provides stable operation in the supply voltage range of 3.8 Vdc to 30 Vdc.
It has a unipolar magnetic property and low - gauss operating characteristics.
The quad - hall IC design minimizes the influence of mechanical stress.
The temperature - compensated magnetic property helps to provide stable operation in a wide temperature range.
The digital, open - collector sinking - type output is easy to interface with a variety of electronic circuits.
Application Scenarios:
