The circuit can supply power to and control SST series dynamic oxygen sensors.
Adopts RS485 Modbus RTU communication protocol, enabling full control of the sensor operation and acquisition of sensor diagnostic information.
With appropriate software filtering settings, it achieves fast response and stable oxygen concentration output values.
Can be calibrated in air (20.7% oxygen) or other environments with known oxygen concentration. The software delays 5 minutes after starting the heating rod to prevent calibration before the sensor reaches stable operating temperature.
Adjustable communication settings allow changing the slave address of the interface, supporting up to 32 interfaces on the same bus, suitable for fields requiring multi-oxygen reading.
Reverse voltage and transient overvoltage protection on the power supply connection.
PCB is equipped with screw terminal blocks for wiring.
