The Medical Oxygen generator eliminates this concern with its precision PSA twin-tower module, which utilizes high-performance Zeolite Molecular Sieve (ZMS) adsorbent to selectively remove nitrogen from compressed air. The result is a rock-steady 93%±3% medical oxygen output that meets pharmacopoeia standards, batch after batch, year after year.
The Medical Oxygen generator features a precision back-pressure regulator and surge vessel design that maintains a constant output pressure of 0.4–0.6 MPa, ensuring seamless integration with existing hospital central pipeline networks. This constant-pressure architecture eliminates the need for secondary pressure regulation devices and reduces the risk of equipment malfunction due to pressure instability.

Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) is a non-cryogenic air separation process that uses Zeolite Molecular Sieves to selectively adsorb nitrogen from ambient air under pressure. Compressed and dried air passes through a twin-tower module filled with ZMS. The sieve preferentially traps nitrogen molecules while allowing oxygen to pass through as the product gas. By alternating between two towers—one adsorbing while the other regenerates—the system produces a continuous stream of high-purity oxygen without the need for cryogenic temperatures or liquid oxygen storage.
