The IP Ceiling Speaker is the latest in IP technology. This Power over Ethernet (Compatible with both IEEE 802.3af & IEEE 802.3at) VoIP mass notification device has network-controlled speaker volume, scheduled program broadcast, priority-based multicast streaming, group definition, working status supervision, remote online technical support and trouble shoot. The speaker is capable of broadcasting audio through multicast.
The IP powered ceiling speaker enable to be built up an IP based sound system through a single CAT5 or CAT6 wire. The single CAT5 cable is used for control data, signal data and power supply, by this way, the layout cost will be much decreased without any consideration of AC nor DC power supply.
The IP powered ceiling speaker is compatible with universal switch, thus the speaker works with existing LAN/WAN & internet network and fiber-optical cable, no need dedicated network to be built-up. So it is very useful for office, hotel, school, bank, factory & shopping mall where network is already there. External DC12V connector is also equipped in this POE speaker for standby power supply use.
The IP ceiling speaker is designed with 6” full range ceiling speaker with 10 W class-D amplifier.
There is one Emergency Call Button input to connect with one external emergency button, by pressing the button, the remote call station FIP-900TM will be reminded by its ID or pre-set room number with ring bell. The remote call station FIP-900RM enable to make announcement to this room by answer this call. There is emergency light output once the emergency button is pressed.
With an integration of the network audio decoding and digital amplifier and speakers and a installation of wall-mounted design;
With a built-in hi-fi speakers and stereo Class-D power amplifiers(10 watts (8Ω)
Supportive of SIP protocol, with the function of adjusting speaker output volume remotely on server;
With a high-speed dual-core (ARM + DSP) chip of industrial grade; start time≤1 s
With a standard RJ45 interface supportive of crossing network segment and router, accessible to the system if the Ethernet is available;
