Doypack Collator and Case Packer | Pouch Cartoning Machine
This collator and case packer is designed for organizing doypack pouches and packaging them with carton boxes according to preset packing patterns. The case packer is a form-load-seal 3-in-1 monoblock cartoning machine, which integrates case forming, pouch loading, and carton sealing into a single compact and efficient unit. It erects fold-flat carton blanks horizontally, conveys the cases to the loading station, and closes the side flaps by folding them. The pouch collator consists of a buffering belt conveyor, acceleration belt conveyor, a dual-servo collator, a servo side pusher, a buffering storage unit and an electrical controller. It organizes pouches to layers by one each time, stacks them with interlayer partition boards if more than one row in a case and orderly placement is required, delivers them to the loading funnel, pushes the pouches into a formed case. Then, the loaded case is conveyed to the case sealing station to be sealed at both the top and bottom.
The pouch collator organizes products seamlessly, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. It is designed to handle pouches up to 1 liter or 1 kilogram with precision, minimizing errors and enhancing output. The case packer automates the processes of case forming, pouch loading, and case sealing, ensuring consistent and reliable packing. Together, these systems enhance productivity and reduce operational costs, empowering your business to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This monoblock pouch case packer combines carton forming, pouch insertion, and sealing into one compact unit, saving space and simplifying production. Its design removes the need for multiple machines, reducing floor space and maintenance. Easy to install and operate, it boosts efficiency and minimizes downtime. It also speeds up case packing, handling up to 15 cases per minute, due to the integrated design of the monoblock case packer.
