Wrap-Around Cartoning Machine for Stand Up Pouches | Case Packer for Doypacks
This wrap-around cartoning machine is designed for collating stand-up pouches or doypacks and packaging them with carton boxes. It is combined with a pouch collator. The cartoning machine is a form-load-seal 3-in-1 monoblock case packing system, which integrates case forming, pouch loading, and case sealing into a single compact and efficient unit. It picks one-piece pre-creased cardboards from the storage tray, folds them to a U shape, conveys the folded carton blanks to the pouch loading station. The pouch collator consists of a buffering belt conveyor, acceleration belt conveyor, a dual servo collator, a servo side pusher, a buffering storage unit and an electrical controller. It organizes pouches to rows, one at a time, arranges them with interlayer partition boards if multiple rows in a case are required, delivers them to the loading funnel, insert the pouches into a formed case. Then, the loaded case is conveyed to the next stations to be closed at the top and sealed at the minor flaps with hot melt adhesive.
The pouch collator organizes products seamlessly, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. It is designed to handle pouches up to 1 liter or 1 kilogram with precision, minimizing errors and enhancing output. The pouch cartoning machine automates the processes of case forming, pouch loading, and case sealing, ensuring consistent and reliable packing. Together, these systems enhance productivity and reduce operational costs, empowering your business to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
