The powder bagging packaging machine is a highly automated and efficient packaging equipment suitable for powdered materials. Its core function is to realize automatic bag taking, metering, filling, sealing and other processes through mechanical structure. It is widely used in food, medicine, chemical and other industries. Equipment structure and function
Intelligent control system
Adopt PLC or industrial computer control, with human-machine interface (HMI) to realize parameter setting and real-time monitoring, support formula storage function, and can quickly switch different product packaging specifications.
Precision bag feeding mechanism
Accurate grasping and conveying of empty bags are realized through servo drive or vacuum suction cup device, which is suitable for prefabricated bags (standing bags, zipper bags, etc.) of different materials (such as PE, aluminum foil composite film) and sizes.
Multi-level metering system
Volumetric metering: suitable for powders with good fluidity (such as milk powder, flour), quantitative filling through screw or turntable.
Weighing metering: For large density differences or high precision requirements (such as medicines, additives), electronic scales are used for dynamic weighing.

Sealing and detection module
