The vial filling machine is an automated filling equipment widely used in the pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics and other industries. It is mainly used for the liquid or powder filling, plugging and capping of vials.
Core functions and features
High-precision filling
Adopting microcomputer control and peristaltic pump (liquid) or screw metering (powder) technology, the filling accuracy is high (liquid accuracy ≥ 99%), and the dosage range can be flexibly adjusted (such as 10ml-500ml).
Some models have a "shrinkage function" to effectively avoid dripping and ensure the cleanliness of the filling process.
Automated process
Integrates the whole process of bottle sorting, filling, plugging, capping, etc. to reduce manual intervention. The bottle sorting mechanism can sort out disordered vials and transport them to the filling station. The plugging and capping are completed mechanically or pneumatically to ensure sealing.
It has functions such as missing bottle detection and automatic counting to improve production efficiency and safety.
Sanitary design
The whole machine meets GMP standards, and the part in contact with materials is made of stainless steel, which is easy to clean and disinfect. The filling needle does not touch the bottle body to avoid contamination.
Strong adaptability
