1. Automated packaging process
Automatic film feeding: The packaging film is accurately delivered through the intelligent film supply system, supporting a variety of materials (such as PE, POF, PVC, etc.).
Precise film sleeve: The product is positioned by a robotic arm or conveyor belt to automatically complete the film sleeve covering and cuff sealing.
Heat shrink shaping: Through constant temperature hot air or infrared heating device, the film sleeve is quickly shrunk to make the packaging fit the product surface and improve the appearance of neatness.
Automatic cutting: Automatically cut the film material according to the preset length without manual intervention.
2. Efficient production capacity
The speed is adjustable, and 30-150 products can be processed per minute (depending on the model), which is suitable for assembly line operation.
