High speed and stability: Using electromagnetic vibration sorting technology, it can process 300-1500 screws per minute (depending on the specifications), and is suitable for special screws with a length-to-diameter ratio of > 3.
Packaging form: three-side sealing or back sealing bag making, supporting composite film, PE film and other materials, and the bag making size can be adjusted (such as 20-120mm long and 50-85mm wide).
Speed and efficiency: The packaging speed of a single plate can reach 30-70 bags/minute, and multi-plate equipment (such as eight-plate models) can simultaneously process screws of various specifications, increasing production capacity by 3-5 times.
