Fully automatic powder packaging machine is an efficient and intelligent packaging equipment, mainly used for automatic metering, filling and sealing of powdered materials, widely used in food, medicine, chemical industry, agriculture and other industries.
Working principle
Automatic feeding: The powder material is conveyed to the metering device by a screw conveyor or a vibrating feeder.
Precise metering: Screw metering, volumetric metering or weighing metering are used to ensure that the weight error of each bag is small (usually within ±1%).
Filling and sealing: The material is automatically filled into the packaging film, and the sealing is completed by heat sealing or ultrasonic sealing technology, supporting a variety of bag types such as three-side sealing, four-side sealing, and back sealing.
Intelligent control: PLC control system with touch screen operation, can preset parameters (such as packaging weight, speed, bag length, etc.) and monitor production status in real time.
