The fully automatic laminating and corner cutting machine is an advanced packaging equipment, mainly used for the laminating and corner cutting process of products, with the following features:
Functional characteristics
Automated operation: From product transportation and positioning to laminating, corner cutting, heat shrinkage and other links can be completed automatically, reducing manual intervention, improving production efficiency and product consistency, reducing labor costs and human errors. For example, some equipment can produce 1500-2000 pieces per hour.
High-precision corner cutting: equipped with advanced visual recognition system and high-precision CNC cutter, it can accurately capture the contour of the product, and the corner cutting accuracy can reach ±0.01mm. When processing right angles, rounded corners or special angles, it can make the edges smooth and the lines smooth, meeting the needs of industries with high requirements for packaging details such as luxury goods and high-end electronic products.
High-quality lamination: The carefully designed film conveying mechanism ensures that the packaging film is smoothly and evenly spread around the product. The intelligent control system monitors and adjusts the packaging film tension and product position in real time to prevent the film from loosening or shifting. The heat sealing device accurately controls the sealing temperature, pressure and time according to the packaging film material and product characteristics to achieve a firm seal with neat and beautiful heat sealing lines.
Structural composition
Feeding mechanism: It can automatically deliver the product to be packaged to the designated position, and can be adjusted according to the size and shape of the product to ensure the accuracy and stability of the feeding.
Laminating mechanism: It includes film roll, film material conveying device and tension control system. The film roll stores the packaging film, the film material conveying device pulls the film out of the roll and evenly covers the surface of the product, and the tension control system monitors and adjusts the tension of the film in real time to prevent the film from loosening or shifting.
Angle cutting mechanism: Equipped with advanced visual recognition system and high-precision CNC cutter, the visual recognition system quickly and accurately captures the product contour information, accurately calculates the angle cutting position, angle and size parameters, and the CNC cutter performs high-speed and accurate cutting according to these parameters to achieve angle cutting requirements of various angles and shapes.
