Equipped with 100% copper windings, an integrated electrostatic shield and a durable IP20-rated aluminium enclosure, this unit delivers superior noise reduction, low energy loss and enhanced protection for sensitive electronic equipment. Our SGB cast resin transformers feature a robust isolation design with YNyn0 vector group configuration, providing complete electrical separation between primary and secondary circuits. This eliminates common-mode noise, ground loops and reduces electrical shock hazards, making it perfect for powering sensitive medical devices, IT equipment and precision machinery. The built-in electrostatic shield further suppresses electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio frequency interference (RFI), ensuring clean and stable power delivery even in electrically noisy environments.
Constructed with 100% pure copper windings, this transformer offers exceptional electrical conductivity and lower heat generation compared to aluminum alternatives. It achieves industry-leading low losses: only 426W no-load loss and 1820W on-load loss at 120℃, significantly reducing long-term energy costs. The Class F insulation system (rated for 155℃) combined with a 100K temperature rise provides a generous thermal safety margin, ensuring reliable continuous operation under full load conditions. The AN (natural air) cooling system eliminates the need for fans, reducing maintenance requirements and operating noise.
The windings are vacuum-cast in solid epoxy resin blocks, providing excellent moisture resistance, flame retardancy and mechanical strength. This dry-type construction eliminates the fire and environmental hazards associated with oil-filled transformers, allowing direct installation in load centers and public areas. The lightweight yet rugged IP20 aluminium enclosure offers protection against accidental contact with live parts, making it suitable for indoor installations in commercial and institutional buildings. The compact design saves valuable floor space and simplifies installation.
