Brief introduction

 The YJ-1A-16D dispensing system is not only precisely controls the dispensing of ingredients to provide excellent finished paint product repeatability from batch to batch, but also serve as a complete color management system.
 

 
The YJ-2A-03 Automatic clamping mixer is one of the most advanced gyroscopic mixers on the market. With an intelligent control system manages speed and time according to configurable parameters, its main function is to mix in the most effective and proper way for a wide selection of products, coming in various types of can materials and sizes.
 

There is a big can button and a small can button with different mixing speed.
the height of the can ≧220mm will be identify as big can, so you need to press big can button.
the height of the can < 220mm will be identify as small can, so you need to press small can button.
 
The big can speed and small can speed is adjustable . Big can speed rang is 50r/min-100r/min, default is 90r/min. Small can speed rang is 50r/min-150r/min, default is 130r/min

Tint Manager is a user Software Package developed for our range of Automatic Paint Dispenesr machines. The package will assist the user in carrying out the following operations:

  • Formula Query:search formula via Standard Formula ,My Formula,History Formula

  • Formula Management :add/Edit/Delete formula for “My Formula”

  • Colorant management: manage all the datas of colorant.
  • Debug: test each function of the machine manually;
  • Pump calibration: calibrate the pulse data of each canister pump;

  • Setup:set label print content,machine Setup data,software language and password
