*Construction Preparation: 1.Base surface treatment: Clean the base layer to ensure there is no oil,dust,or loose debris.Sharp protrusions need to be smoothed out,and cracks and holes need to be filled with repair mortar.
2.Base surface requirements: Soild and flat,without standing water,but damp base surfaces are allowed for construction.
3.Environmental conditions:Construction temperatureranges form 5'C to 35'℃,relative humidity should be less than or equal to 85%/Construction is not advisable on rainy or windy days.
*Construction Steps:
1/DETAILED PEOCESSING:
Pre-treat the roof pipe joints,corners,eaves and other areas with paint,and then lay additional reinforcing mesh fabric.
A V-shaped groove is made at the cracks,and after filling eith sealing material,an reinforcing layer is applied.
2/PAINTING:
The construction is carried out using the "crossing "method to ensure uniform coating.
After the first coat is applied, let it dry (about 4 hours) before applying the second coat It is recommended to apply 2 coats, with a total thickness of no less than 1.5mm. The usage amount per square meter is approximately 1.0 - 1.5kg (depending on the base layer condition and coating thickness).
3/MAINTENANCE AND PROTECTION:
After the construction is completed, allow it to cure naturally for 24 hours. Avoid stepping on it and do not flush it with water. If personnel are needed, it is recommended to carry out the operation 72 hours after the construction is completed.
